All savings , up to €100,000 with your Credit Union are covered by the Goverment Deposit Guarantee Scheme.
Savings Protection Scheme
Your savings are also protected by the Savings Protection scheme (SPS) which protects the individual savings for members by making sure that the credit unions are financially and administratively sound. Credit Unions which comply with the rules of the SPS have their members’ savings protected up to a maximum of €12,700.
