What If I Fall Into Arrears?

Any of us can struggle to keep our household budgeting on track even when things are going well.

People may also experience difficulties with their  loan due to a change in their circumstances e.g loss of job or a cut in work hours.

If you are struggling to meet your repayment, we ask you to make an appointment to see one of our credit control officers.  They will sit down with you and go through your incomings and outgoings and, if necessary, re-schedule the loan with you.   It is much better to come into the office and have a chat rather than ignore the situation.

We gladly welcome any member in these circumstances to work together to come up with a realistic plan to address whatever issues are causing difficulties.

More and more we see our Budget Account Facility as critical in assisting members with their annual expenditure for education, fuel, insurances etc.
